Ma Meihu, Chief Scientist of Shendi Group, served as the chairman of the conference and delivered a keynote speech. The keynote speech at the Egg Technology Conference was delivered by Zhao Zhifeng, Dean of the School of Bioengineering at Sichuan University of Light Industry and Technology and Executive Chairman of this conference. Host, DONG UK Ahn, Professor in the Department of Animal Science at Iowa State University in the United States; Deog-Hwan Oh, Dean and Professor at the College of Biotechnology and Bioengineering at Gangwon National University in South Korea; and Ma Meihu, Professor at Huazhong Agricultural University. Experts and scholars from home and abroad, as well as business leaders, will deliver keynote reports covering a wide range of topics, including “Research on the Antiviral Effects and Mechanisms of Egg White Proteins,” “Live-age Hens: The Impact of Probiotic-fermented Feed on Production, Quality, and Immunity,” “Bioactive Peptides in Eggs and Their Potential Applications and Practicality,” “Dual-Functional Properties of Egg Products and Comprehensive Resource Utilization,” “Technological Innovation in the Entire Industrial Chain Processing of Egg Products and Industry Opportunities,” and “Sichuan-flavored Pre-made Dishes—High-tech Manufacturing,” among others.
