Working closely with frontline workers and the product team, he refines inventory‑planning strategies and streamlines operational workflows, repeatedly delivering production schedules ahead of schedule and solidifying the company’s capacity to support market expansion. Committed to continuous improvement, he takes on the responsibility of mentoring and knowledge transfer, carefully nurturing young skilled professionals and production talent.
