This is the largest-ever Asian Games in terms of scale, number of events, and geographic coverage. Over 16 days, 45 member nations of the Olympic Council of Asia—and more than 12,000 athletes—gathered at the Hangzhou Asian Games venues, vividly demonstrating the allure of sports. The Chinese delegation displayed tenacious fighting spirit, pushed their limits, and surpassed themselves, ultimately finishing with an impressive tally of 201 gold medals, marking the best-ever performance by China in the history of the Asian Games.
