At 10:00 a.m. on April 8, 2020, the Enterprise Service Team of the Jingmen City Epidemic Prevention and Control Command (led by Yang Chuanwen, Deputy Director of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission; Xiong Yaran, Section Chief of the Municipal Financial Bureau; Cheng Chuanhao, Staff Member of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and other officials) visited Hubei Shendi Agricultural Science and Trade Co., Ltd. for on-site inspection and research. The team reviewed Shendi’s relevant epidemic prevention and control management documents and records, inquired about the company’s progress in resuming work and production, and listened to a report from Yang Yan, Chairman of the company, on employee attendance, capacity recovery, and the company’s utilization of epidemic-related support policies for businesses. Director Yang Chuanwen emphasized that enterprises must earnestly carry out epidemic prevention and control management, strictly implementing the “five aspects in place” for resuming work and production—namely, having sound prevention and control mechanisms in place, conducting thorough personnel screening, ensuring adequate facilities and supplies, maintaining effective internal management, and providing comprehensive publicity and education.
