According to the company’s chairman, to ensure sufficient supply to meet consumer demand in poultry and egg markets across regions within the province—including Wuhan and Jingmen—the company’s employee attendance rate has reached 60%, and its production resumption rate has climbed to 65%. The company has also implemented epidemic prevention and control measures tailored to its specific circumstances. In terms of epidemic prevention and control, a dedicated task force has been established to develop workplace resumption plans and emergency response protocols. Specialized personnel have been assigned to oversee these efforts, ensuring thorough registration of returning employees and daily recording of body temperatures. Additionally, the company has intensified supervision on mask-wearing compliance and enforced strict guidelines for safe dining practices. Public areas such as factory premises, production workshops, and cafeterias are subject to regular, comprehensive disinfection. All vehicles entering or leaving the premises must undergo rigorous disinfection procedures. All employees—whether working on-site or at home—are required to report their health status regularly, and the company is actively promoting awareness of epidemic prevention measures and encouraging employees to check in using their personal health codes.
