On this day, the Dan Sheng Yuan brand and its geographically indicated trademark product “Jingshan Eggs,” thanks to their inherent advantages and relentless pursuit of excellence in quality, were selected as outstanding representatives of the egg industry to participate in the thematic tour exhibition on Line 1 of the special train dedicated to China Brand Day on May 10, thus embarking on a new journey of group development.

On this day, the Dan Sheng Yuan brand and its “Jingshan Eggs” geographically indicated trademark products—thanks to their inherent advantages and relentless pursuit of excellence—were selected as outstanding representatives of the egg industry to participate in the themed exhibition tour along Line 1 of the special train dedicated to China Brand Day on May 10, thus embarking on a new journey of group development.
Hubei Shendi Group, established in 2004, is a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization specializing in large-scale laying hen farming. It engages in the research and development of green food products and utilizes biotechnology for the comprehensive development, production, and management of eggs. The Jingshan eggs are produced from a unique breed of black-feathered chicken that has evolved through centuries of natural selection and deliberate human breeding. This distinctive breed features five defining characteristics: black feathers, red combs, greenish-blue legs, white skin, and green-shelled eggs. Originating over 130 years ago, this breed has been officially included in the National Genetic Resources Bank. The “Jingshan Eggs” produced by this breed have bright, golden yolks rich in nutrients such as DHA and lecithin, as well as trace elements like selenium, iron, and zinc—making them exceptionally beneficial to human health. Often referred to as “medicinal eggs,” these eggs have earned Jingshan eggs their distinctive quality and reputation.
Shendi Group has been recognized as a vice-president unit of the Asian Egg Association, and its Dajiankang brand’s Dan Sheng Yuan product series has been prominently promoted. In recent years, Shendi Group has achieved remarkable results in the deep processing of poultry eggs, particularly in the comprehensive utilization of eggshell and shell membrane by-products. The company has successively undertaken national-level and provincial/ministerial-level scientific research projects, including the 13th Five-Year National Key R&D Program, and has attained six research achievements at internationally advanced levels, 11 international and domestic invention patents, and 10 leading scientific and technological achievements and awards both domestically and abroad.
