A delegation of 40 members from the Standing Committee of the Jingmen Municipal People's Congress visited and provided guidance at the JingShan headquarters of Shendi Group.

On October 25, 2022, Wang Zaixiang, Director of the Jingmen Municipal People's Congress, led a delegation of 40 members of the Jingmen Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee to visit and provide guidance at the headquarters of Hubei Shendi Jingshan. They were accompanied by Zhang Yong, Secretary of the Jingshan Municipal Party Committee; He Hongtao, Deputy Secretary of the Jingshan Municipal Party Committee and Mayor; and Zhang Shaohong, Party Group Secretary and Director of the Jingshan Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee.

The schedule for this inspection tour by the Standing Committee of the Jingmen Municipal People's Congress to Jingshan, during which they visited Hubei Shendi, reflects the high importance and close attention that Party committees and governments at all levels are giving to Hubei Shendi— the leading unit of the Hubei Poultry Association—as it spearheads the development of the province’s poultry and egg product industrial chain.
Chairman Yang Yan delivered a comprehensive report on the company’s development journey, production and operations, scientific and technological research and development, and project construction. Director Wang Zaixiang and his delegation fully recognized Shen Di’s strong growth momentum, thoroughly examined the practical challenges encountered in production operations and project construction, and provided insightful guidance and recommendations.
From 2022 to 2024, Shendi has invested a total of 308 million yuan in five key projects: establishing a demonstration base for modern antibiotic-free laying hen farming and export; setting up a conservation center for the “Jingmen Black Feather Green-Shell Egg Chicken” breed; upgrading and renovating an egg-processing plant; building a public big-data platform for the poultry and egg-products industry chain; and promoting the geographical indication brand “Jingshan Eggs.” By seizing development opportunities, we aim to create a leading cluster of laying-hen industries in our city.
