Focusing on the theme of "Building a National Hub for Scientific and Technological Innovation and Establishing a National Pilot Zone for Constructing a New Development Paradigm," the Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology organized 28 participating entities from fields including intelligent manufacturing, digital economy, modern agriculture, greater healthcare, and green, low-carbon development to showcase and discuss a total of 28 achievements.
At this year’s High-Tech Fair, the Hubei delegation showcased high-level projects and featured numerous outstanding enterprises.
Hubei Shendi Agricultural Science and Trade Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shendi Group”) is fortunate to have stood out among more than a hundred enterprises. As a company engaged in the cultivation of green laying hens and the comprehensive development and sophisticated processing of eggs using biotechnology, Shendi Group achieves high-value, closed-loop utilization across the entire industrial chain—from fresh eggs and egg powder to liquid egg products, eggshells, and egg membranes. The company has successively been recognized as a National Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization, a National Specialized Center for R&D of Egg Processing Technologies, a High-Tech Enterprise, a Chinese Well-Known Trademark Enterprise, the President Unit of the Hubei Province Poultry Industry Association, the Hubei Province Engineering Technology Research Center for Deep Processing of Egg Products, a “Little Giant” High-Tech Enterprise specializing in specialized, refined, and innovative technologies in Hubei Province, and has established an enterprise workstation staffed by academicians from both the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
In October 2021, the company’s “Dan Sheng Yuan” product series—being the only domestic brand in the deep-processing industry of poultry eggs selected for the national “13th Five-Year Plan Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Exhibition”—was reviewed by leaders of the Party and the state. The company currently holds 10 nationally authorized invention patents and has received one First Prize for Technological Invention from Hubei Province, one Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from Hubei Province, one Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from Hubei Province, and one Hubei Province SME Innovation Award. Its technological innovations in the deep processing of egg products and the comprehensive utilization of by-products from poultry egg processing place it at the forefront of the same industry in China.
At this year’s High-Tech Fair, Shendi Group is exhibiting at Booth 9B05 in the Innovation and Scientific Research Exhibition Area, Hall 9, Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (Futian).
The exhibits showcased by Shendi Group include eggshell-based fruit and vegetable cleanser, lysozyme mouthwash/toothpaste, and eggshell membrane collagen peptides. Fully leveraging the platform of the High-Tech Fair, Shendi Group is highlighting the achievements of its nationally authorized invention patents—such as the eggshell-based fruit and vegetable cleanser—making significant contributions from Hubei to the nation’s efforts in building a pioneering zone for a new development paradigm and achieving high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and strength.
Eggshell Fruit & Vegetable Cleaner
It can remove seven types of harmful substances from the surfaces of fruits and vegetables: pesticide residues, colorants, fruit waxes, insect eggs, viruses, heavy metals, and spoilage bacteria. It’s food-grade, contains zero additives, is purely natural, multi-functional, and can inactivate up to 99.99% of the novel coronavirus.
Lysozyme mouthwash/toothpaste
Prevents oral ulcers, relieves gum swelling and pain, and effectively eliminates bad breath; 0% alcohol, 0% sucrose, 0% hormones, 0% antibiotics, 0% preservatives, 0% compound chlorhexidine; contains natural lysozyme with a bacteriostatic rate exceeding 99%.
Eggshell membrane collagen peptides
Rich in glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid, and other ingredients, it can relieve joint pain and reduce inflammatory responses; replenish lost synovial fluid to lessen friction; and promote the repair and regeneration of cartilage and synovial membranes.
