Starting September 19, the autumn 2024 “Talent Attracts Jingmen—Industry Lures Phoenixes” talent recruitment and intelligence attraction tour event for universities, jointly organized by the Organization Department of the Jingmen Municipal Committee of the CPC and the Jingmen Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, officially kicked off in Jingmen. Shendi Group was invited to participate, seeking and building up a pool of talented individuals to support the future development of the group company.

　　This recruitment fair is being held successively at more than 10 universities across Hubei Province, focusing on key enterprises, major industries, significant projects, and critical sectors. Several large-scale enterprises and institutions, including Shendi Group, are participating in the event, attracting a wide range of recent graduates and top talents to come and apply for positions as well as engage in exchanges.

　　During the event, the Human Resources Center team from Shendi Group traveled to five universities—Wuhan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Technology, Hubei University of Technology, and Wuhan Textile University—to conduct recruitment presentations. They offered job openings in various fields, including product R&D, production management, marketing planning, and brand management. The job locations are spread across Wuhan and Jingmen, covering a wide range of majors such as veterinary medicine, food chemistry, economic management, and visual communication.

　　At the recruitment event, the recruitment booth of Shendi Group was bustling with people, as numerous students stopped by to ask questions and engage in discussions. The Human Resources Center team of Shendi Group had carefully prepared promotional materials, providing detailed information on the group’s development journey, business scope, corporate culture, and talent policies. They also outlined specific recruitment criteria and requirements tailored to different job positions, engaging in face-to-face conversations with many job seekers and addressing their queries. The scene was continuously abuzz with applicants coming one after another.

　　As of the end of the event, nearly 100 resumes have been received. Moving forward, the Human Resources Center of Shendi Group will continue to carry out resume screening, competency assessments, interview evaluations, and hiring procedures, carefully selecting the best candidates to inject fresh energy into the group’s development. The center will also maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with leaders and faculty members from various colleges and related institutions, jointly building supply-and-demand channels, promoting employment for talented individuals, and fostering mutual development.
