From June 14 to 15, Wang Ling, a deputy to the National People's Congress and former Party Secretary and Executive Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, led a delegation to JingShan City for an inspection tour. Accompanied by Chen Jiawei, Deputy Secretary of the Jingmen Municipal Party Committee and Mayor; Zhang Yong, Secretary of the JingShan Municipal Party Committee; Wang Zaixiang, Party Secretary and Director of the Standing Committee of the JingShan Municipal People's Congress; Chen Junfeng, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Political and Legal Committee; Zhang Shaohong, Party Secretary and Director of the Standing Committee of the JingShan Municipal People's Congress; and other key local leaders of JingShan City, the delegation paid a focused visit and conducted research at Shendi Group. The visit centered on discussions and exchanges around “revitalizing rural industries” and “project construction and industry-driven development,” during which the delegation extensively sought out and listened to opinions and suggestions.

The visit centered on discussions and exchanges regarding “revitalizing rural industries” and “project construction and industry-driven development,” during which the delegation extensively sought out and listened to opinions and suggestions.

At the symposium, Comrade Wang Ling delivered a speech. She expressed her appreciation for Shendi’s goal of using technological innovation to lead future development, and offered guidance on marketing new products and helping enterprises grow rapidly and become stronger. She pointed out: “For the new product ‘Dan Sheng Yuan,’ it’s crucial to identify the right entry points and implement precision marketing. We should also make appropriate adjustments to our marketing strategies and adopt an integrated online-and-offline approach. The densely populated communities across cities hold tremendous untapped commercial potential. Community-based marketing boasts high user precision, strong interactivity, and powerful word-of-mouth effects, making it easy for companies to convey brand messages directly to consumers. Especially when consumer recommendations spread organically, the brand’s impact doesn’t just add up—it grows exponentially. Shendi’s poultry and egg industry chain has been preliminarily established. In today’s era of information overload, we must accelerate the translation of scientific research capabilities into productive forces, seize market opportunities, and concentrate our key resource advantages on those segments where others lack but we excel—thus building our competitive strengths. We must focus on breaking through the technological bottlenecks in China’s agricultural germplasm resources, achieve high-quality development, and rapidly expand our scale and strength. By driving industrial development, we can play an even greater role in rural revitalization.”

During the inspection and research visit, Yang Yan, Chairman of Shendi Group, accompanied the delegation throughout the entire trip and engaged in in-depth exchanges and discussions. Wang Ling and her team visited, in turn, Shendi Group’s headquarters egg-processing and deep-processing base and the Shendi Company’s national germplasm resource farm for 100,000 sets of Jingmen Black Feather Green-Shelled Egg Chickens.

At the Group’s headquarters’ egg-processing and deep-processing base, Yang Yan provided Wang Ling and her delegation with a detailed report on the group company’s current production and operational status, planning and layout, core strengths, practices in transitioning to deep processing, and safety production. Wang Ling took a close interest in learning about the company’s current operational conditions, production progress, as well as the challenges and issues it is facing.

At the Shendi Jingmen Black Feather Green-Shelled Egg Chicken Germplasm Resource Farm, Wang Ling and her delegation listened to a briefing on the project’s planning and construction as well as its industrial development. They also conducted further detailed inquiries into the project’s development prospects and the challenges it faces.

After conducting thorough research and listening to a briefing on Shendi Group’s production, operations, and development, Wang Ling expressed full appreciation for Shendi Group’s innovative approach: using green egg-laying chicken farming as a platform to focus on the comprehensive development and sophisticated processing of eggs through biotechnology, thereby achieving high-value, closed-loop utilization across the entire industry chain—from fresh eggs and egg powder to egg liquid, eggshells, and egg membranes. She also engaged in an in-depth exchange with the group’s leadership team on the transformation and upgrading of the poultry industry, as well as its high-quality development, jointly exploring ways and pathways to promote the high-quality growth of the poultry sector.
