On the afternoon of March 7, 2023, the award ceremony and achievement-matching event for the 5th Wuhan “Gongyou Cup” Employee Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition—hosted by the Wuhan General Trade Union, the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Wuhan Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and organized by the Wuhan Workers’ Cultural Palace Management Center—was held solemnly at the Workers’ Cultural Palace.

The “Poultry Eggshell Membrane Resource Technology R&D and Green Mass Production” project of Shendi HuiFeng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shendi HuiFeng Technology), a subsidiary of Shendi Group, won third place in Wuhan City. Shendi Group was invited to attend the event, where it signed cooperation agreements on related projects with several companies and shared insights about its project at the conference venue.

The “R&D of Poultry Eggshell Membrane Resources and Green Mass Production” project by Shen Di Group has broken through existing technological barriers, addressing the critical challenge of limited raw material supply for collagen production. This project has fully expanded poultry eggshell membrane resource technology, enabling the development of high-value-added products, turning waste into valuable resources, promoting a green circular economy, driving industrial transformation, boosting employment, and significantly contributing to economic development.

Key product of the project—eggshell membrane collagen peptides
Eggshell membrane collagen peptides are extracted from natural eggshell membranes using an exclusive, patented technology (known in Traditional Chinese Medicine as “Phoenix Placenta,” which nourishes yin and clears the lungs, with a sweet taste that tonifies and benefits). Approximately 600 fresh eggs are used to produce every 150g of EggShengYuan eggshell membrane peptide powder. The extract is rich in natural, healthy ingredients and packed with nutrients.
With daily and consistent use, it replenishes from the source the “elasticity”-promoting amino acids that the skin needs, helping to boost collagen fiber synthesis in the dermal layer, smooth out fine lines and dryness on the face, combat aging, and leave the skin looking youthful, supple, and firm.
In addition to collagen peptides, it also contains abundant functional peptides, amino acids, glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid (hyaluronan), and other effective ingredients. Looking back at the “Gongyou Cup” competition since its launch in March 2022, after going through several rounds of intense selection—including preliminary rounds, first-round selections, and semi-finals—Shen Di Hui Feng Technology’s innovation and entrepreneurship project stood out from among 1,420 innovation and entrepreneurship projects submitted by 1,096 enterprises and 26 universities across the province, achieving remarkable results and earning third place in Wuhan City.

Wu Zhiwu, a first-level researcher at the Wuhan Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and Wang Yong, director of the Hubei Provincial Center for Workers’ Science, Technology, and Culture, among other leaders, attended the meeting and presented awards to the companies that won the “Top Ten” projects.
