In accordance with the requirements of the “Notice from the Provincial Market Supervision Administration on Issuing the First Batch of 2024 Hubei Provincial Local Standard Development and Revision Project Plans,” the draft of the local standard “Technical Specifications for the Production of Egg White Lysozyme,” formulated jointly by Hubei Shendi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Hubei University of Technology, has been completed. In compliance with the provisions of the “Hubei Provincial Local Standards Management Measures,” we are now soliciting public comments.
