On September 19, the launch ceremony for the 2025 Autumn Talent Recruitment and Intelligence Attraction Event of Jingshan City, along with a special event focused on Wuhan, was held at Wuhan Institute of Physical Education. Shendi Group was invited to attend the event, where it signed an agreement with Huazhong Agricultural University to establish an agricultural biotechnology innovation incubation base. The group also participated in campus recruitment presentations, officially kicking off its series of autumn recruitment events for 2025.

Shendi Group was invited to attend the event, where it signed an agreement with Huazhong Agricultural University to establish an agricultural biotechnology innovation incubation base. The event venue was filled with a vibrant atmosphere. The organizers screened a promotional video about Jingshan City and introduced and promoted the city’s local talent policies. He Hongtao, Secretary of the Jingshan Municipal Party Committee, delivered a welcoming speech, emphasizing that through the joint efforts of universities, local governments, and enterprises, we should build a talent attraction and development system characterized by “demand-driven approaches, talent-development empowerment, and a closed-loop service model.” This will encourage more young talents to settle in Jingshan, injecting new momentum into the city’s economic development and providing high-quality employment opportunities for college graduates.

Liu Yanbo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education; Guo Gangqi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Huazhong Agricultural University; and Gui Li, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of Hubei University of Technology, along with other university leaders, attended the meeting and delivered speeches, expressing their support for the pragmatic cooperation among universities, local governments, and enterprises. They expressed hope that this collaboration would effectively promote the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial innovation, turning laboratory “blueprints” into real-world “scenarios” in the fields, and transforming universities’ “talents” into “engines” driving development.

A cooperation signing ceremony was also held on-site. Under the witness of attending leaders, guests, and media representatives, a total of three “industry-academia-research-application” agreements were signed. Yang Yan, Chairman of Shendi Group, and Guo Gangqi, Member of the Party Committee Standing Committee and Vice President of Huazhong Agricultural University, signed an agreement as representatives of their respective sides to jointly establish an agricultural biotechnology innovation incubation base.
Shen Di Group enjoys a strong foundation of university-enterprise collaborative partnerships with Huazhong Agricultural University. Together, they have successively applied for and been approved to establish the National Technical Research Center for Egg Processing, the National-Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Egg Processing Technology, and the Hubei Province Enterprise-University Joint Innovation Center. Over more than a decade of scientific and technological innovation, the two sides have worked closely together, achieving remarkable results in key technological innovations and industrialization efforts related to novel egg processing methods and the utilization of egg by-products. As a result, they have been honored with the First Prize for Technological Invention in Hubei Province and the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Hubei Province. This joint establishment of an Agricultural Biotechnology Innovation and Incubation Base marks a new starting point for deepening cooperation between the two parties. Moving forward, both sides will continue to innovate and explore in areas such as advanced processing of egg products, biological breeding, egg-processing equipment, and graduate student internships, thereby promoting the incubation, transformation, and industrialization of more agricultural biotechnology achievements.

This recruitment event is being held at Wuhan Institute of Physical Education as the main venue, in collaboration with 10 universities including Wuhan University to jointly attract top talent. Shendi Group has posted job openings across multiple fields, including R&D engineers, production management, marketing planning, finance, and brand management, drawing a large number of recent graduates and outstanding professionals to come for consultations and apply for positions. The recruitment booth was bustling with crowds, attracting a gathering of elite candidates. Moving forward, staff from the Group’s Human Resources Center will continue to visit five other provincial universities, including Huazhong Agricultural University, to further promote our recruitment policies and attract talent. At the same time, the selection and suitability assessments for each position will also be carried out concurrently, accelerating our efforts to bring in fresh talent and inject new vitality into the company’s development.
