On September 11, Zhao Shaolian, Deputy Secretary of the Jingmen Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, along with a delegation, visited Shendi Group for a research visit. Yang Yan, Chairman of Shendi Group, warmly welcomed the visiting delegation and accompanied them on a tour of Shendi’s 5G IoT layer-cage chicken export demonstration farm for Hong Kong and Macao, as well as the Shendi egg-processing and deep-processing base. He also participated in the research symposium.

At the Shendi 5G IoT Layer Chicken Export Demonstration Breeding Base in Hong Kong and Macao, Zhao Shaolian, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, along with other leaders, listened to a briefing on the base’s layer chicken breeding and production operations. They also conducted a detailed inquiry into its future development plans and the challenges it faces.

At the JingShan headquarters of Shendi Group, the research team visited, in turn, the Shendi Cultural Exhibition Hall and the Shendi Egg Products Deep Processing Base. Yang Yan provided a detailed introduction to the historical development and innovative transformation of Shendi’s egg products, with particular emphasis on the company’s full-industry-chain development. She also showcased Shendi’s cutting-edge technologies and remarkable achievements in the field of deep processing of egg products. The research team highly praised and affirmed Shendi’s substantial investment in technological innovation and the outstanding results it has achieved.

After the tour, a symposium was chaired by Zhao Shaolian. Attending the meeting were Zhou Wenbing, Deputy Secretary-General of the Jingmen Municipal Party Committee; Tan Hongxing, Party Secretary of the Jingmen Municipal Bureau of Commerce; Hu Zhiqiang, Director of the Jingmen Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs; Liao Renfang, Deputy Director of the Jingmen Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Development Center; Yang Xiaoming, Chairman of Nonggu Industrial Group; Yuan Huaiyue, Chief Expert at China Metallurgical Wukang Engineering Technology Co., Ltd.; He Hongtao, Deputy Secretary of the Jingshan Municipal Party Committee and Mayor; Chen Junfeng, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Municipal Political and Legal Committee; leaders from the Jingmen Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Animal Husbandry Center, and the Bureau of Commerce; as well as heads of relevant enterprises in Jingmen.

Zhao Shaolian pays close attention to the construction of the big data service platform for the poultry industry chain in Jingshan City and delivered an important speech at the research meeting: “Adopting a systematic perspective, a coordinated approach, and innovative thinking, and guided by ‘practical application’ and aiming for ‘efficiency,’ we must build a supply chain and reshape the industrial chain. First, we need to achieve full connectivity among market entities; second, we must facilitate comprehensive matching of supply and demand; third, we must eliminate all bottlenecks and difficulties; and fourth, we must deepen development and全面提升 capabilities—thus reducing costs, enhancing efficiency, and boosting new-quality productivity for the industry.”

At the meeting, Yang Yan reported on Shendi’s efforts in the deep processing of “a single egg,” its innovations in science and technology, and the development of a digital service platform for the entire egg-laying chicken industry chain. With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the egg industry, Shendi Group has meticulously explored every layer of the egg, fully unlocking the rich nutritional potential of all egg components—including egg white, membranes, and shells—and thereby driving the green, high-value development of the entire egg industry chain. As a poultry and egg enterprise selected as a model for the comprehensive utilization of agricultural products and their processed by-products nationwide, Shendi has currently developed and is selling more than 10 innovative egg-based products spanning multiple sectors such as household cleaning and personal care, functional health supplements, and pet food.
