This Health Expo is jointly hosted by the People's Government of Hubei Province, the National Health Commission, and the People's Government of Wuhan City. It is the 5th World Greater Health Expo and has been upgraded to a national-level specialized expo in the greater health sector since 2022. Wang Menghui, Secretary of the Hubei Provincial Committee of the CPC and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, and Chen Zhu, Vice Chairman of the 13th National People’s Congress Standing Committee and President of the Red Cross Society of China, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches.
