On February 25, 2026, Jingshan City held a meeting to accelerate the high-quality development of the county-level economy and to kick off the spring training session for cadres. Attending the meeting were key leaders including He Hongtao, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee; Lu Lei, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor; Yang Yiyun, Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress; and Yi Hongmei, Chairperson of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference. The meeting read out the "Notice on the City’s Recognition at Higher Levels in 2025" and the "Decision by the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government on Commending Those Who Have Pioneered and Striven Bravely in Promoting High-Quality Development at the County Level in Jingshan City." Fifty advanced collectives and 80 outstanding individuals from across the city were honored. Starting from egg-laying hen farming, the company has, in just a few short years, established itself as “Hubei’s Leading Egg-Laying Hen Village,” earning a prominent industry reputation. It has continued to invest heavily in R&D, breaking down an ordinary egg into more than 20 high-value-added products. This has enabled the full-chain, high-value utilization of fresh eggs, egg powder, liquid egg, eggshells, and egg membranes, creating a closed-loop industrial system. It has generated significant economic and social benefits, effectively boosting local rural revitalization and industrial upgrading, and has deeply engaged in and witnessed the development of the new Jingshan.

Yang Fengfan is the leader in technological and product innovation at Shendi Group. He has organized and participated in numerous projects involving market research, technological breakthroughs, and production-line development for the company’s egg-source technology products. Under his leadership, the team has obtained 14 national invention patents to date and has taken part in several key national science-and-technology R&D programs under the “13th Five-Year Plan” and the “14th Five-Year Plan.” Among these, several pivotal technologies for the utilization of poultry egg by-products—including eggshells and egg membranes—have been recognized as being at an “internationally advanced” level. These outstanding scientific and technological achievements have not only laid a solid foundation for Shendi Group’s transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, and its subsequent integration into digital agriculture, bio-agriculture, and the greater health industry, fostering the emergence of new forms of productive forces; they have also made significant contributions to the innovative transformation and high-quality development of the traditional egg-products industry. He has been more proactive in planning and leveraging the company’s platform, using his professional expertise to sincerely help local poultry and egg farmers in Jingshan address issues such as sales channels for egg products and technical challenges, thereby boosting local incomes, fostering prosperity, and driving regional revitalization and development.
