On January 18, 2025, the 20th-anniversary celebration and the 2025 Spring Festival Gala of Shendi Group—under the theme “A Glorious Two Decades: Setting Sail Once More”—were grandly held in Jingshan, Hubei Province. The venue was packed with distinguished guests, including experts from research institutes, representatives from financial institutions, colleagues from industry associations, partners, group leaders, as well as employees and family members from various business divisions within the group—totaling over 700 people. Together, they looked back on the past, shared their achievements, and looked forward to the future!

In your twenties and at the peak of your youth, full of vigor and promise.
Looking back on the past, starting a business was no easy feat. Twenty years ago, driven by the dream of “using eggs to enrich people and breaking eggs to strengthen our nation,” and guided by the original mission of “Egg Source Technology safeguarding health,” Shendi embarked on its journey—from hatching breeding chickens to large-scale farming—and gradually achieved high-value, closed-loop development across the entire egg industry chain, encompassing fresh eggs, egg powder, liquid egg products, eggshells, and egg membranes. Today, Shendi has grown into a powerful, comprehensive egg-products conglomerate.

At the event, Yang Yan, Chairman of Shendi Group, Yang Fengfan, General Manager of Shendi Group, and other members of the company’s founding team, together with the guiding leaders, reminisced about unforgettable moments from the company’s early days, summarized the achievements of the past 20 years, and revisited the firm ideals and sincere初心 that first inspired them to start their journey. They also extended heartfelt gratitude and best wishes to the Shendi family members who have stood by the company through 20 years of ups and downs, as well as to partners from all sectors, supplier partners, our valued customers, and government leaders! Together, we have written a glorious chapter for Shendi over the past 20 years! Looking back, we are filled with passion and enthusiasm; looking ahead, we are brimming with confidence. We remain true to our original aspirations, set sail once more, and strive for even greater brilliance!

On this special occasion, various industry associations and partners also extended their heartfelt blessings to Shendi. Hu Bingbao, Chairman of Yichang Three Gorges Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., and Hu Qiao, Chairman of Jingzhou Qishang Food Co., Ltd., attended the event in person and each presented a cloisonné enamel piece and a grand “Prosperity for Ten Thousand Years” tripod cauldron, respectively, expressing their sincere congratulations on Shendi Group’s remarkable achievements and their enthusiastic anticipation for its bright future.

Throughout its journey, Shendi Group has been driven by countless core forces—individuals who have actively engaged in innovation, spearheaded transformation, and achieved breakthroughs. To express gratitude to these fellow travelers, the Group held a special ceremony that day to present the “Shendi Group 10+ Year of Service” and “20-Year Contribution” awards, and also distributed the 2024 year-end bonuses to all employees.
Shendi has set up substantial awards to generously recognize employees and teams who have made outstanding contributions, demonstrated a strong spirit of innovation, and shown exceptional dedication and practicality—motivating Shendi’s spirited workforce to embrace new opportunities and achieve even greater success together. Looking back on Shendi Group’s 20-year journey of development, outstanding talent and innovative technology have served as the vital foundation and key support. To further implement our talent strategy and empower the Group’s innovative development, we are closely fostering collaborative partnerships to enable the industry to co-create and achieve mutual success. At the celebration event, Yang Yan, Chairman of Shendi Group, officially announced the establishment of Shendi Corporate University and appointed the inaugural faculty team for the university. We have appointed Ma Meihu—Associate Professor at Central China Agricultural University, Founding Director of the National-Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Egg Processing Technology, Founding Director of the National Technical R&D Sub-center for Egg Processing, former Vice President of the Chinese Society for Animal Product Processing Research, and Director of the Specialized Committee on Egg Processing—as the President of Shendi Corporate University; Niu Hua, Deputy General Manager of Shendi Group, as the Vice President; and Deng Siqin, Chen Wei, Peng Li, Wang Limei, and Tian Yuan as the first group of specially appointed lecturers—all of whom are leading talents and industry elites from various fields.

Yang Yan stated that the establishment of Shendi Corporate University marks a significant milestone in Shendi Group’s 20-year development journey. Standing at a new historical starting point and carrying forward Shendi’s corporate culture—“unafraid of hardships, striving for excellence, aspiring to entrepreneurship, and jointly realizing our dreams”—Shendi Corporate University will be committed to cultivating and developing outstanding corporate talent, uniting and collaborating with our esteemed partners, building a first-class corporate university, and contributing to the high-quality development of our industry.
Celebrating the 20th anniversary—brimming with exciting highlights!
The celebration officially entered the artistic performance segment with the rousing and majestic opening piece, "Dragon Soaring in a Prosperous Era." On that day, a total of 13 diverse and spectacular performances were presented by units such as the Jingshan Experimental Huagu Opera Troupe, the Nürenhua Art Troupe, and employees from various departments of Shendi Group.
Everyone took to the stage to perform, using songs and dances to convey their heartfelt blessings and aspirations for the company’s enduring prosperity and grand future. With their singing, drumbeats, and string music, they celebrated Shendi’s corporate culture and philosophy—“unafraid of hardships, striving for excellence, inspiring entrepreneurship, and realizing dreams together.” Through exciting performances such as quick-paced storytelling and poetry recitations, they shared Shendi’s 20-year journey of innovative development, encouraging all Shendi employees to stay true to their original aspirations and forge ahead with courage and determination.
During the program performance, there were two rounds of games and five rounds of raffles. The guests at the scene actively participated, and each raffle round was accompanied by cheers and anticipation. Together, everyone shared the excitement and joy brought by the annual meeting.
The venue was filled with continuous applause and bursts of laughter, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere. Everyone was fully immersed in this delightful and heartwarming ambiance. At this splendid New Year’s banquet, all the guests raised their glasses together to celebrate Shendi Group’s 20th anniversary and to offer their best wishes for the upcoming Year of the Snake—Yisi.
